Having been a resident of Henderson County for over 33 years, Chris knows Hendersonville like his own backyard. Chris spent his childhood living in Flat Rock and graduated from Hendersonville High School in 1988. Many things have changed in the area over the past 3 decades, but Chris knows “Henderson County is still the best place to live in the world!”
Chris spent his college years attending North Carolina State University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Textile and Apparel Management and was President of Sigma Nu Fraternity. After college Chris spent 12 successful years in the home fashion industry as the Director of Licensing and National Sales for one of Henderson County’s largest employers.
Chris is the proud father of his 7 year old son, Raleigh. They enjoy scouting activities, and Chris is Raleigh’s den leader for Pack 601 Tiger Cub Scouts.
Hendersonville is the “city of four seasons” offering an abundance of natural beauty and amenities. Chris enjoys Hendersonville’s great outdoors and is an avid cyclist and runner.
" Chris enjoy's being involved as a professional leader in the community and is currently the 2010 President of the North Carolina Mountains MLS, serving Buncombe, Haywood, Henderson and Transylvania Counties and is involved with Henderson County's Accountable Development Group. In the past Chris has served as the President of the Hendersonville Board of REALTORS, as a North Carolina Association of REALTORS Director, and has served on the Henderson County Chamber of Commerce."
