20 Years of Knowledge & Experience
With 20 years of real estate experience I bring a vast knowledge of the local market to the table. I moved from Charleston, South Carolina in 1987 and worked with an architectural firm as CADD operator. My entry into the real estate business began as "Director of Design Services" for a major developer in downtown Asheville. The position involved design/build, leasing and property management of 11 historical downtown buildings. In 1994-95 I was the President of the Asheville Chapter oflntemational Facility Managers Association.
Currently I am involved with many aspects of the real estate market, working with both buyers and sellers. My specialties include residential resales, new home communities and large tract land sales.
I am currently involved with or have been involved with several new developments. My experience with these developments has been to aid the developer and architects with design considerations, pricing and marketing strategies. The new home communities include Woodland Trails, Woodland Trace, The Beaucatcher House and The Residences at 151.
My large tract land sales experience has involved acreage from 5 to 100+ acres of rural farmland, tracts for development and assemblage of ajoining tracts with conservation in mind.
Residential real estate has always been a great pleasure to me. I have completed hundreds of transactions over my career and take great pride in knowing that I have helped so many families find the perfect home or sell their home in a professional and profitable manner.
With consistent work habits, a passion for helping my clients I have built a strong referral base and have a proven tract record in the ever changing real estate business.
