Jeff's career started in the communications industry for 21 years in management. Fait brought him together with his wife now for 15 years. She also was in management within the same company. Due to company policy Jeff had to decide on a new career. After spending 7 years of private real estate investing, rehab of multifamily projects, building several spec homes and a 2700 sf. log cabin. It was clear that Jeff had a real passion for real estate. Jeff became a fulltime real estate broker in 2002. He has a CNHS (Certified New Home Specialist) designation along with completing 3 of 4 CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) courses working towards the designation. Less that 1.5% of national licensed brokers carry the prestige’s designation. Jeff has spent over 20 years in Western NC researching and analyzing the real estate market. This effort has benefited his clients both buyer's and sellers of residential/commercial transactions. Jeff and his wife Brynda has a wonderful family of four children, three boys and one girl, ages 43-12. They have adopted two children at birth, cared for his nephew from age of 5 years old through 10. The older children have blessed them with five beautiful grandchildren. Jeff and Brynda are licensed foster parents for two years and provide respite care once again for his nephew and recently have been blessed to care for a now three year old for over a year. They have plans to adopt the three year old and provide full guardianship to his nephew through DSS. Jeff enjoys spending time with children and grandchildren, deep sea fishing, sailing, golf, and camping. SpecialtiesSpecializes in asset acquisitions/disposition & leases of commercial real estate.
