Kathy Clark was born and raised in New Jersey but made a definite culture change when she decided to attend Western North Carolina University after high school. Having visited relatives here through the years, she knew she wanted to study here and although it took her a while to finally return, she has been an avid North Carolinian ever since. She earned a B.S. in Education and went on to teach high school English.  She was highly active in sports; playing field hockey, basketball and volleyball.   Her love of physical sports carried over into her adult life by running marathons.

She married her college sweetheart and they have four grown children.  Buddy is a well-known musician in the area who plays guitar, bass and mandolin. He has played on the “Hee-Haw” TV show and also played on a Grammy nominated Doc Watson recording.

After leaving the field of education, she spent many years as a contract manager for engineering and construction firms.  When she started her real estate career several years ago this knowledge and background was a definite advantage to her buyers and sellers and helped her real estate career grow exponentially. Her personal real estate investing experience is another asset in assisting clients in their investing transactions.

She considers each client unique and she prepares a distinct plan of action for each.  Her tenacity and commitment to customer dedication, customer service and knowledgeable advice brings positive results.

Kathy has earned the prestigious CRS professional designation (Certified Residential Specialist) and is a consistent multi-million dollar producer.  This simply means that her positive outlook can bring you positive results!
