Liza is “On Top of Waynesville Real Estate!”

 

Liza earned a BS in Psychology from the University of Florida and graduated from the National Center for Paralegal training.

 

She brings a myriad of real estate related experience to her clients, having worked for several years as a paralegal taking contracts to closing, as well as being employed at a title insurance company and a real estate law firm. While being an active partner in her husband’s custom home construction business, Liza assisted buyers with floor plans and many aspect of the building process.

 

Like many others, Liza learned of Western North Carolina because of family visits and she fell in love with its environment. It is the perfect place to raise and nurture a family!

 

Liza enjoys serving her clients in a way that puts her “mentally in their shoes”. Her philosophy includes her belief that it is paramount to be proactive in exposing her listings in ways which maximize the potential to capture the sale for them.
