Sharing uncommon guidance on unique and exceptional homes

You are probably reading this profile because you are searching for a like-minded real estate agent with whom you can connect and trust.  You are about to make a very important decision, whether buying or selling a home, and I hope this short description of my strengths and experiences will give you enough information to decide if we should talk.

I love beautifully designed homes and have actively pursued discovering or creating them much of my life.  Sharing architecturally unique homes with discriminating clients who value great design and quality is my passion.  Each week I highlight my architecturally favorite new listings in western North Carolina in my blog.

I also have a keen enthusiasm for technology and graduated from Georgia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.  Following college, I worked for Hewlett-Packard in business computer sales and then for BellSouth as a software designer, but continued my self-study of exceptional homes wherever I lived or traveled.

Combining my technical expertise with my lifelong passion for great architectural design, my background includes the development of a boutique luxury subdivision in Hendersonville.  My experience with custom design and construction is shared with all buyers and sellers to best guide them on investment decisions when deciding which home to purchase or what improvements to make in anticipation of selling to maximize resale value.

I have lived in Columbia, SC, Atlanta, GA, Birmingham, AL, Houston, TX and moved to western North Carolina with my husband and children over twenty years ago.  The quality of life that attracted me to this area then is even more meaningful today.
