Mike Patterson

Mike's family includes his wife Amy of many years and two great kids, Lindsey, and Ryan. He enjoys golf, motorcycle riding, home brewing, and spending quality time with family including camping, and fishing. Mike wasn't always a North Carolinian but he got here as fast as he could. Mike was born in Logansport, Indiana and graduated from Purdue University with the degree in Technology- Industrial Management. Mike has called places like Dallas, Austin, and Memphis home...but now lives in beautiful Weaverville, N.C. The mountains are a beautiful and welcome change from the Midwest's flat fields of corn and soybean fields!

Prior to beginning his successful career in Real Estate, Mike spent 20 years in Manufacturing Operations Management overseeing products including Missle Guidance Systems, Laboratory Equipment, Foundry Operations, Knee Implants, and even Intravenous (IV) Filling Operations.

Licensed since 2001, Mike has many years of Real Estate knowledge which includes both Residential and Commercial properties. He is also a foreclosure specialist and works with several real estate investors to find them great deals for their portfolio needs. Mike has assisted clients such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, State Employee's Credit Union, Fairbanks Capital, Select Portfolio Servicing, GMAC, and many others. These clients trusted Mike to list and sell their "bank owned/REO" properties and you can trust him to do the same for you with your home needs.

Mike's prior management experience has proven to be very useful in real estate also! Mike is very efficient at using his time wisely to show you what you are looking for. Mike listens to what his clients are saying and NOT saying and will provide you with quality service! Just as he did in manufacturing...
