Pete started his real estate career in 1981 with the Trapp Family Lodge in Stowe, Vermont. He spent 13 years there in sales and property management, before moving into residential sales in the Stowe community for another two years.
He relocated to western North Carolina in 1996 and settled in Weaverville where he resides today with his wife, Cate who is an antiques dealer. Pete has been a North Carolina licensed broker since 1997 focusing on property sales in the north Buncombe and Madison county areas. He was the managing broker of the Beverly-Hanks Weaverville office for six years until that office merged with the Beverly-Hanks north Asheville office in October 2010.
