“He’s Got Game!”

   Shawn Anderson is a long way from where he grew up in Paynesville, Minnesota, but he loves where life has landed him!  He graduated from High School in Paynesville and went on to earn a BA in Golf Course Construction & Management/ Horticulture.  His love of golf began with his father at a very early age.  In High School he not only worked on the golf course he started to learn the art of log home construction

  He has spent years building golf courses, first in Idaho, and then Winter Park Colorado.  Not wanting to leave Winter Park Shawn started building log homes, which he turned into one of the largest firms in Grand County.  Then destiny brought him to Western North Carolina to join his father in a development venture and then he earned his NC real estate license and joined the Beverly-Hanks & Associates Hendersonville office.

  His interesting background of high end sales, new construction and development, bring a different depth of knowledge to his real estate clients who benefit from that knowledge.  They also benefit from his personal belief “in doing things right.”  His work ethic is beyond excellent and he is the perfect combination of dedicated, detail oriented and yet enjoys patiently guiding clients through the emotional process of buying or selling real estate.

  His wife Lissa is an equally caring person, who is an MS Infusions nurse, she also works in a retirement home and volunteers at Four Season Hospice.  They are the involved parents of two young boys, Shawn enjoys coaching their youth baseball teams.                

  Shawn has recently earned an I.T. Certification from Course Creators, a National Company out of Arizona specializing in teaching Social Media Marketing techniques for the “new normal” world of real estate.
